Once again, Operation Manhood: TULI was held last May 9, 2010 at South General Hospital, City of Naga, Cebu. This Tuli Project was made possible through the help of our very owned VW. Felix Vicuña, M.D. who heads the volunteer team of Cebu based doctors and medical practitioners. More than 200 boys (the biggest number ever for Cebu Lodge) living in the City of Naga and its neighboring towns were circumcised.
This Lodge activity was initiated as our contribution to our community and for the support of our belief that the youth is the future of our fatherland.
